Bathrooms feature ceramic tile floors, full-height slab walls, walk-in showers with 10mm tempered safety glass, and Ideal Standard sanitary ware throughout.

Yes. Buyers choose from two curated finish packages: Bold and Light. Each covers indoor and outdoor floor tiles, pool tiles, kitchen cabinet colours, worktops, sinks, mixers, wardrobe and internal door colours, and bathroom wall slabs and fixtures. Yes. All available villas at Neon Homes are priced above the €300,000 threshold required for the Cyprus fast-track Permanent Residency programme.
